I've pieced together a few of the pics available on the web regarding Barry. These first ones are from "Elektrosonic Interference", a residency/collaboration with Arterial, The Brisbane Powerhouse, and other artists. Brisbane, Australia, 2001. I recommed doing your own search and seeing some of the sites regarding Barry's work besides here. This is a not for profit website which for the moment, still includes no advertising.
These are the photographs usually available online in the Arterial archives. The Brisbane powerhouse is the former site of the tram powerhouse, whose history was relived in this piece. Barry typically works and has CRTs, electronics and video in a giant pool on the floor, while liquid rains from the top of the video screen. That's him on the lower right.

This massive installation ran the length of the space. Check out Nick Baginsky's pages for more pics. An I-beam was strung with electrified piano wires and (on the left) played by one of Nick's musically minded bots, before moving through succesive parts of the installation. Berlin and Hamburg, 1995.
This beautiful photograph was taken by David Waldorf. Barry holds a jumped gap of live electricity, arcing from a socket. A similar photograph of David's was used on the cover of World Art in 1996.
